I made this tonight for the family and they absolutely loved it. It made enough to feed three children and two adults. Prep time was about 20 minutes and it cost about $10. Let me know what you think and how you made it better!
- Cooked Rice – 3 cups
- Smoked Sausage
- Pineapple Chunks – 1 cup
- Red Bell Pepper – 1
- Sweet Chili Sauce – 1/3 cup
- Cut red bell pepper and smoked sausage into 1/2″ pieces. Add to large skillet and cook over medium high heat until sausage is browned and bell pepper is tender.
- Add pineapple and sweet chili sauce and cook for 5 more minutes.
- Pour over rice and enjoy!
